Together with our strategic partner Pixar, we successfully developed a large-scale production process for super cold brew instant coffee, successfully launched super instant specialty coffee into the market, and it has been widely praised by coffee lovers.
We customize different extraction curves for light, medium and dark roasted coffee beans, and use the patented NFC extraction technology (BRXI10-12): no need to boil and concentrate the coffee, but directly extract it in one step, then quickly cool it down by low-temperature condensation, and multi-stage filtration ensures the clarity of the coffee liquid.
At a temperature of 60-90℃, we only use one heat source to extract the coffee beans in a closed manner within 1 hour. This can minimize the loss of coffee aroma and restore 90% of the flavor of freshly ground Italian coffee.
