We were founded in 2015, We are a food and beverage ODM/OEM enterprise integrating independent procurement, R&D, production and design, focusing on independent R&D and innovation investment in products, production equipment and systems.
We have factories in Malaysia, Indonesia and China, with a total area of more than 100,000 square meters, more than 300 employees, including more than 60 R&D personnel, accounting for 15%. In the field of food and beverage, we can provide R&D and production services for categories such as coffee, tea, wine, chocolate, and related production equipment.
MARKUS, our founder, has entrepreneurial experience in personal coffee shops. After founding the company in 2015, he started with the coffee category and its production equipment, and gradually established a processing, production and sales system for product forms such as roasted coffee beans, coffee extract, coffee capsules, and freeze-dried coffee, and then gradually expanded to chocolate products, fresh tea, concentrated cocktails and other categories.
We named the entire team "White Dwarf", which is an astronomical concept and a general term for the remaining stellar core after the star burns out. The fate of white dwarfs is "mostly black dead stars, which means they are stable and immobile, but they may also absorb other matter to become black holes, forming infinite possibilities." We named ourselves "white dwarf" precisely because of the idea of "making innovative things, either life or death".
The wall of our production workshop uses the famous painting "The School of Athens" by Italian Renaissance artist Raphael, which brings together scholars from many fields such as philosophy, poetry, music, and theology. Using interdisciplinary knowledge to create innovative coffee products is also in line with our self-positioning - an innovative R&D coffee company that pursues creativity, novelty, and continuously develops new products.
Through factory construction and equipment R&D and innovation, we can provide customers with related services from food technology consulting, development to finished product production. In terms of coffee bean automation production lines, our company also masters a number of technologies, with both personalized and large-scale production capabilities, and can achieve flexible industrial 4.0 production.
Our three factories all have integrated production lines from primary processing to fine processing of coffee. Among them, Factory No. 3, which was built in January 2023, is equipped with 3 large 400kg coffee roasters with an annual production capacity of more than 20,000 tons, and an average roasting volume of 60 tons of coffee beans every 24 hours. In addition, after years of hard work, our R&D and design team has developed a large-scale production line for super cold brew instant coffee, which has been updated to the third generation. We are committed to building the "world's first coffee full industry chain factory" from products to equipment. The freeze-dried coffee powder of many well-known coffee brands on the market currently comes from these factories.
Production and research innovation capabilities are one of the core competitiveness of our company's commitment to becoming a full-chain solution provider for food and beverage products. As early as 2018, we established the Spark Product Innovation Center. Currently, we have 5 laboratories, about 30 R&D personnel, more than half of whom have master's degrees or above, and many food professional production and research personnel. We never hesitate to invest in production and research, and nearly 20% of our annual turnover is used for research and development. Production and research innovation capabilities are one of the core competitiveness of White Dwarf® in its commitment to becoming a full-chain solution provider for food and beverage products. Among them, our mini version of the roasting system was officially unveiled at the HOTELEX 2023 exhibition. As a microcosm of our company's R&D and production and manufacturing capabilities, the system is equipped with a self-developed seventh-generation roasting machine. The average roasting time for a pot of coffee beans is only 15 minutes. In addition to the R&D and construction of the production system, our company also has advanced parts manufacturing technology-five-axis CNC machining technology. This processing technology incorporates two additional rotation axes (A and B axes) on the basis of the traditional three axes (X, Y, and Z axes), so that processing in multiple directions can be completed on a workbench, achieving high-efficiency and high-precision processing effects.
Flexible customization capabilities can flexibly respond to customer needs to a higher degree. Our company can not only carry out flexible production for customized quantities, but also provide personalized product research and development, design and customized full industry chain support.
Our company has developed different types of coffee roasters and production systems, with a minimum order quantity of 2 kg and 10 kg, and up to 60 kg, 120 kg, and 400 kg roasting sequences to choose from. Flexible order response capabilities also give us the ability to provide personalized and customized services according to customer needs. With a production line with a capacity of tens of thousands of tons, we can still achieve a "flexible" turnaround of 2 kg. The fastest response speed from ordering to shipment is 24 hours, so as to respond to customer needs faster and more efficiently and deliver products in a timely manner.

In addition to providing the research and development and manufacturing of food-related production equipment, it can also provide the research and development and production of food and beverages such as coffee, tea, wine, and chocolate.
1. The coffee series products include cooked beans, drip bags, follicle bags, fresh extracts, freeze-dried powder and other forms of products to meet various usage needs and usage scenarios.
2. Fresh coffee extract is made by cold extraction at a low temperature below 10°C. It uses a self-developed lossless flavor extraction system and high-pressure extraction technology to obtain high-concentration coffee liquid. There is no need for concentration steps, while reducing flavor loss, rapid cooling and preservation, which largely retains the original flavor of coffee beans and ensures that the coffee liquid is clear and bright. In addition, professional equipment is used for filling and sterilization to ensure product safety. Under the conditions of satisfying flavor, taste and portability, you only need to add water or milk to the fresh coffee extract to easily get a cup of Americano or latte.
3. Chocolate series, products include freeze-dried chocolate, chocolate blocks, chocolate shavings, chocolate powder and other forms. Compared with conventional commercial processes, the chocolate products produced by our company using the self-developed Bean To Bar process will have better flavor performance.
Freeze-dried chocolate is the latest chocolate product launched by our company in cooperation with well-known food brands using freeze-drying technology. The representative product of this series is coffee-flavored freeze-dried chocolate, which uses Ethiopian Santa Vinda sun-dried coffee and Ghanaian cocoa as raw materials. While maintaining the original flavor of chocolate, it also adds a crispy and crisp taste.
4. Freshly extracted tea, the products include roasted green tea, duck shit fragrant single bush tea, camellia oolong tea, Dahongpao and other flavors. The raw materials are selected from whole teas such as roasted green tea, duck shit fragrant single bush, Dahongpao, and the extraction process is specially designed according to the characteristics of the tea itself. This NFC black technology simulates the production process of freshly brewed tea, only taking the first 15%, pre-extracting without loss of flavor, pure flavor, and naturally restoring the subtle flavors of the six major teas. Our self-developed flash cooling technology can instantly reduce the high-temperature fresh extract to below 10°C, retaining the aromatic substances in the freshly extracted tea.
Ultra-high temperature instant sterilization technology and aseptic cold filling ensure the stability of flavor retention and extend the shelf life of the extract while achieving the purpose of sterilization. Moreover, the fine filtration process under temperature control makes the liquid flavor clean and full, and the diluted soup color is clear and bright. A bottle of fresh extract can be used to make compound drinks with various flavors, which can be used in milk tea, coffee, desserts, bars, restaurants and other stores, and can also be used to make special drinks in scenes such as family travel and camping.
5. For concentrated non-direct drinking cocktail products, we innovatively use the "non-destructive flavor extraction" technology, which ensures the taste and flavor of the base wine itself while better retaining the flavor of coffee, tea, and concentrated juice. Among them, the EN+ cocktail series uses vodka, rum, etc. as base wines, and there are 8 flavors such as chocolate berry, hazelnut toffee, and plum green tea flavors. At the same time, our cocktails do not require professional bartenders and equipment, and can be produced quickly in 30 seconds. The 750ml specification is also more suitable for store use. The small bottled cocktails are mainly 25ml portable, which is more suitable for C-end users. They can be directly mixed with carbonated water, milk, coffee, tea and other beverages, leaving the fun of mixing to consumers.
6. Edible cups: About 8.8 billion paper cups are discarded every day; the average service life of each paper cup is only 15 minutes; most paper cups cannot be recycled... Adhering to the concept of sustainable development, we have created equipment for making Edible cups and Edible cups.
7. Edible cups, edible cups, whose main raw materials are oat bran, cassava starch, wheat flour, etc., can be fully biodegradable and more environmentally friendly. A small cup has a capacity of about 150ml and can be used to hold milk, coffee, cocoa, etc., and can even hold hot water, without leaking, collapsing, or foaming for 1 hour.

Our company has gone through the product iteration journey from coffee powder 1.0 to 7.0 with "SaturnBird", and has always been committed to continuously bringing consumers a better coffee experience. By chance, the co-branded coffee X001 was born. This coffee is also named "X": it is the unknown, the force, and the return to nature after a long journey. The theme of 001 is: follow your heart. It is equivalent to a product business card. This product uses baking and freeze-drying equipment to restore the unique flavor of micro-batch coffee beans, with some tropical fruit jumping sourness and sweetness, just like the innovative attitude of our team, exuding a youthful atmosphere.

The 2024 limited New Year gift box co-branded by a famous coffee brand (required to be kept confidential by the agreement) and the cutting-edge freeze-dried chocolate brand "cuoshou®" is also produced by our company. The gift box includes 2 boxes of Ethiopian G1 drip coffee, 2 boxes of co-branded light chocolate (original, coffee, hazelnut, green tea flavors are random), and a customized stainless steel 350ML hand-brewed kettle from Coffee Expert.
